How much is WhatsApp actually costing your business?

Missed orders, hours of re-typing, your evenings spent chasing updates, money stuck with customers. None of it shows up on your P&L — so put a ₹ figure on it. Adjust the numbers below; the result updates as you go.

  • Team time on manual work₹20,800
  • Your time chasing and coordinating₹78,000
  • Cost of cash stuck in overdue payments₹3,000

Your biggest leak is your own time

Move approvals, reminders and status updates onto rules and a live dashboard, so the business stops waiting on you.

If a better system recovered just a third of this, that's ₹5.3 L a year back in your business.

About this calculator

How is the WhatsApp cost calculated?

Every figure comes from the numbers you enter. Lost orders = orders per day × the share that slip through × the share of those customers lost × average order value × 26 working days. Team and owner time = hours per day × the value of an hour × 26 days. Overdue payments are priced at a 12% yearly cost of money.

Is this calculator free?

Yes. The result appears instantly with no sign-up. If you want the breakdown emailed to you with suggestions for fixing your biggest leak, you can ask for it after you see your number.

What should I do if the number is high?

Start with the single biggest leak rather than everything at once. In most businesses that means one shared order pipeline, automated follow-ups or payment reminders — KLODR can map which one pays back fastest for you.
