Every payment webhook from Razorpay is verified with HMAC-SHA256 signature validation before any action is taken. A fraudulent or forged payment notification cannot generate a valid ticket — every ticket corresponds to a verified, legitimate payment.
Ticket entry uses atomic database operations — each QR code can only be marked Valid once, even if two staff members scan it simultaneously. Copied or forwarded tickets cannot gain entry after the original has been scanned.
